Day 2: Mindfulness of Emotion

  • Mindfulness tools to help identify our emotions

  • Mindfulness of thinking: cognitive exercises that help us listen less to our thoughts

  • Befriending fear –working with worry and anxiety

  • Experiencing sadness in a new light

Day 3: Mindfulness in Relationships

 

What you will learn:

  • Mindfulness practice for constructing an identity – Who am I?

  • Paths to self-compassion

  • How to be a Shambhala warrior

  • Mindfulness in intimate relationships

 

Fee:

The fee for an individual day is Rs. 2500, which is inclusive of a lunch box and material. If you register for all three days to complete the course, we offer you a 20% discount, so the course fee is Rs. 6000 (inclusive of lunch and material for all three days)
